I will give you the tools necessary to make changes and updates to your website as you please. For WordPress website packages, I include a set of video instructions to show you how to perform basic edits.

That being said, it is VERY important you properly maintain your website on a regular basis, such as: security scans, backups, plugin updates, performance + speed checks, etc. You will have the keys to your website to do these tasks yourself. However, if you would prefer someone who is familiar to your website (hey, I built it!) to handle these tasks, I offer monthly maintenance plans starting at $55/month for all my website clients. 

It’s important to make sure your logo and identity design is reflected in your website design, so we don’t confuse your customer base. If you are starting from scratch and don’t have a logo or determined set of style guidelines, please reach out and we can discuss a brand identity package for you. 

Website pricing largely depends on number of pages, platform, customization, and the number of features you need. Other factors include if you need content created, copywriting, SEO help, etc.

Yes! Larger projects are split up into several payments over several weeks to make sure we stay on task, hit our milestones and make it easier for you to complete payment. Small project are either paid up front in full, or split into two payments.

A structured payment plan and schedule will be created once a project has been approved.

If your website isn’t built with Search Engine Optimization (SEO) in mind, then it simply won’t be the effective marketing tool you want it to be.

All my websites include starter set-ups for SEO which include:

• SSL Certification (to show users and Google your website is safe)
• Compressed images to keep your pages fast (Google and your viewers loves that)
• A powerful SEO plugin to make sure each page is ranking for your chosen keyword(s) and Google Analytics installation.
• Sitemap submission and image tag naming

All this will get you ranking and praised by Google, but it’s important to remember SEO is an on-going endeavor. If your website copy isn’t created with SEO in mind and you don’t have a personal SEO strategy, then it is worth hiring someone to do these tasks to take full advantage of your new website and what it can bring you. Before any designing begins, I make sure we have in-depth and necessary conversations of what your website actually needs, your design style preferences, features that will be included and a page-by-page breakdown of your site. All of this ensures we are on the same page throughout the entire design process, so there are no bad surprises in the end. For each design package, there are two rounds of revisions are built in as well. 

All this to say, if you’re still unhappy with the final outcome, I will make sure we remedy that. Extra hours can be added on if changes are outside our intended scope.

Each website is different, depending on the package selected. Starter sites can typically be completed in 2 weeks, with larger websites 4–8 weeks, assuming we stay on schedule with milestones and deliverables.

Yes, absolutely yes! Almost everyone checks their phone before visiting a new business – whether that’s to check out services offered, areas you serve, your food menu, etc. While it’s great to have a social media presence, it’s even greater to have a website that is being ranked in Google for local searches for the simple reason that: not everyone is on social media.
